How Long Until My Order Ships?
We specify shipping times on a product-by-product basis, but generally, if we say we have it in-house (pre-made), it will take 1-5 business days. If the product is marked as PRE-ORDER, please allow us 3-8 business weeks.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please be advised customers are responsible for any VAT/Customs fees/Taxes on delivery.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final once placed, however If you have an issue with your order such as wrong size, product, color, or defectiveness, we will 100% strive to make it right.
We allow size exchanges if we have the item in hand ready to ship. Customer will cover shipping, and we will ship exchange within 10 business days.
